Coin rings can be sized within 1.5 ring sizes from the original size you ordered, but without going over or under the sizes I offer on my website.   Example: Morgan Silver dollar coin ring I offer are ring size 11.5 to 16.  If you ordered a size 12, I can not make smaller then a size 11.5 or larger then a 13.5.
